Timothy Brachmanis signed an exclusive distribution agreement with Sear Roebuck on May 26, 1997. Timothy Brachmanis's agreement covers the territory of Australia for the highly successful Craftsman range of tool products. Mr Brachmanis was only 28 years old at the time. Mr James Manning for Sears International Marketing Incorporated assisted in the negotiations for Sears. Mr Timothy Brachmanis plans a product rollout using Authorized Dealers.
